I have asked for two sims to be activated and submitted PAC codes there is a problem

My two phone numbers are 

[Removed] on transaction no. [Removed]

Name Veronica Port

and 

[Removed] on transaction no. [Removed]

Name David Port

The Surname should have been Porte in both cases and this is what was entered in the online activation form.
