I’ve received a Welcome email but no SIM card.

 

  1. Does this mean someone else has activated the SIM card can the be checked?
  2. Why has the billing cycle started when I have not got the SIM card, will this be reset when I receive the SIM card?
  3. Where is the Live Chat that I can supposedly get immediate help from?

Hello @DruidsNectar,

 

The SIM is activated upon dispatch not manually done by the customer, so no one else has received it and activated it.

SIM cards take 2-3 days to arrive but can be delayed sometimes.

 

Have you received the SIM since?
