i have an account 07453246013 and would like to use on my new ID sim only deal can not get a pac number my new number is 07828585101 have asked for pac no reply

Hi I am already with I’d mobile which was on a phone and service contract which as finished and now got a sim only deal and would like to keep my number so asked for a pac number and received no reply
