I have just ported my number to Idmobile and I can now make outgoing calls, but can’t receive calls?

Please could you power off your phone for a few minutes then turn your phone back on again, this can normally fix any issues which arise after a number port.
If you do still experience issues, please could you let us and we’ll be able to help further.
