Hi, I’ve recently bought a new sim card from ID mobile and am currently looking to port my existing number to my current.
After going through the process of switching numbers, I got a text message on my phone stating that the process has been cancelled due to an issue - The iD mobile number, last name or transaction number was incorrect. However, I’m certain that the detail I had provided were correct.
Could someone assist me with this query please?
