Keeping ID mobile Number

I already have an ID mobile number and I’ve just bought another better package ID SIM card but it won’t accept the PAC code to keep my existing number any ideas how I can have the better deal but keep my existing number?

Hi @Millymolly14,

PAC codes won’t work if giving them to the same network I’m afraid. You will need to cancel your old plan and start using the new number that came with the new plan. 
Alternatively, you can return your new purchase and look at upgrading your existing plan.
