Hi guys,
Trying to make sure I can keep my old number. My iD SIM has arrived and I’ve put it in my phone.
I’ve also requested to keep my old number through the website, completed all the details with my PAC number from my old network. This morning I got this text from iD:
“We have tried to process your PAC / STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Service.”
I’ve double checked all the details I entered and they’re all correct…! I also checked the PAC was still valid and it is…
Can someone help??

I believe it has been! I switched out my iD sim for my old sim and, as I did so, got a text from my old network saying they would transfer my number. When switching back my sims to the new iD one just now, it seems to have been successful! Thanks for checking in.
