I have just got a new phone (yesterday) and want to keep my old number. I have sent my pac code but my Id mobile account is still showing my new id number. When I called my old number my new phone rang but now it’s not working and there is no one I can call to check the change over is happening?

Just to be clear, the old number you have is not an iD Mobile one is it? As we’re unable to move numbers within the same network from one account to another. It would need to be a number coming from another network.
If you have registered your iD Mobile account (the new one) using the iD Mobile number that has come with that SIM. You should within the iD Mobile App or our website be able to provide us with the PAC (code) from the other network and have the number moved over to us within 1-2 working days.
If you submitted the PAC yesterday, then it should be complete by tomorrow if all seemed fine when you submitted the details to us.
