Mobile number port issue

My mobile number hasn’t ported over to my new iD sim card even though it has been 5 days. So am paying for 2 phones at the moment. When i registered I noted that my email address was incorrect so not sure if I received a set up email? Am getting no help from Live Chat or phoning so am hoping someone can help as am losing the will and am now seriously considering leaving iD due to poor customer services!
