Mobile number transfer

Hi I'm trying to speak to some one about my number changing over I sorted it out on Saturday with a pac code my last name and transaction number and on Sunday I had a text saying there was an issue but all the information was correct and on my id mobile app it says my number is porting and will be done today 10th November but nothing has happened

I am sorry to hear about those issues! The port being completed on the 10th as mentioned can take up until the end of the day. Has you number ported over since then?
