I have put in a request for several months now 
and my number from my previous carrier has not been transferred yet.

Please register iD Mobile account here if you haven’t already.

 

You will need to request a PAC (code) from your old network, and then you can provide the PAC (code) to us when you log in to your iD Mobile account on our website or through the iD Mobile App.

 

A PAC (code) would only ever last for 30-days so you will definitely require a new one from your old carrier if it’s been as long as you state.  Once we’ve received the PAC (code) from you, it would only take about 1-2 working days for us to port your number over.
