Im getting really frustrated now, why can’t I speak to a human! I’ve filled in the form on my ID Mobile app to transfer my number twice now and it’s not gone it. I have had my phone since 5th Sept and still not transferring my old number that I want to keep. Please help. I’m worried I’ll be getting 2 bills. I was with 02 before. I contacted them & they said to contact ID Mobile.
