I gave iD my PAC code yesterday (Tuesday 15th Sep 20) and it’s now wednesday and my old number has stopped working entirely, but my new iD sim still shows the iD number that came with the sim… so my old number hasn’t transferred over. I contact iD live chat and they said the port would be complete at 6pm today (16th Sep 20) but it’s been 4 hours and nothing… this is awful service, can someone get my port to work please!?

During the number port process, you may find some issues with the service. Can you confirm that the number ha snow transferred after restarting?

I am having the same problem. I sent my PAC request over 35 hours ago and my old sim has stopped working but my new ID one hasn’t started working yet
