My old number hasn't transferred to my new iD sim ! HELP

I gave iD my PAC code yesterday (Tuesday 15th Sep 20) and it’s now wednesday and my old number has stopped working entirely, but my new iD sim still shows the iD number that came with the sim… so my old number hasn’t transferred over. I contact iD live chat and they said the port would be complete at 6pm today (16th Sep 20) but it’s been 4 hours and nothing… this is awful service, can someone get my port to work please!?

During the number port process, you may find some issues with the service. Can you confirm that the number ha snow transferred after restarting?

I am having the same problem. I sent my PAC request over 35 hours ago and my old sim has stopped working but my new ID one hasn’t started working yet

Hi @cpat,

 

Sounds like it’s working it’s way through. I’d suspect the situation should be fine now, but if not, please try powering down the handset and removing the SIM card for 10 minutes before powering back up.
