My SIM card

My SIM card isn't working and when me and my dad went into carphone warehouse in marshbarton retail park on Saturday 3 November they said it will take 24hrs for the SIM card to activate it is now late Monday night and I still don't have a signal I know it isn't my location because I have stood in places where it said the SIM had coverage. Please help

Have your tried rebooting your phone or reinserting your sim card ?

Hi @Jagobeveridge,

I would expect that you should have service by now if it was activated over the weekend. Have you turned your phone off and back on again as @Hikari has advised?
