My upfront payment declined

Could someone message me to help? I dont know whether i should place another order as the upfront payment was declined from my bank.

Hi @olivianew,

This might have happened if the payment was not able to be verified. Is the billing address given to us the same as the one that the bank has down for you? If not, the authorisation can fail.
