Need PUK code. SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK.

I need a PUK code. I inserted the sim then was met with SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK.


What is my puk code.

I cannot register the phone on the id mobile app until the network is activated and I can receive the security code via text.

Hello @J123idmobile,

We can get the PUK code for you.
Just as a side note, if the phone was blocked prior to using the iD SIM, it may require the PUK code from your previous network provider.

That said, please can you email us on 

Include your Community username: @J123idmobile and a link to this topic in the email.

We'll need you to also confirm (in the email) your:

  • Full name
  • Full address with postcode
  • Mobile number
  • Number physically printed on the iD SIM card

We'll then be able to retrieve the PUK code for you.

Hi my mother in law has just moved, she didn’t have a phone land line and broke her mobile in the loo.  Lockdown and on her own I decided to purchase a phone for her, now i need her PUK code so she can keep her number with the new provider and her new phone.

Welcome to the iD Community. 

Did you mean a a PAC code? A PAC code is obtained when you want to keep your number and move to a different provider.
