Neither new or old sim working

I got a new iD sim (switching from T Mobile) and have entered my PAC code to keep my old number. While I was told this could take up to 2-3 days to go through, I can no longer use my old sim however when I put my new sim in, I seem to have limited usage. I cannot make calls or send texts although I can receive them (This may be through WiFi calling).

When looking on my iD app, it seems my old number has not yet been transferred over even though I was told this process would me seamless. Is anyone able to advise what I can do?

I have tried turning it off and on again as well as sending a text to myself - this failed to send. I have an unlocked iPhone 7
