Hi, I recently switched using a pac code. How do I know that this is in progress?

Hi @katdoran,

After giving us your PAC code, the number should move over within 2 working days. Are you able to make a call or send a text to someone to ask what number is showing? That’s probably the easiest way to check it has completed.
