I just bought a new I-phone 6s to replace my old broken one and I've just transferred the sim from the old phone to the new phone however it just says no service and I'm sure in which part the fault is held.
Any suggestions much appreciated I feel like it must be a fairly common problem
Hi
Turn off the mobile and take out the sim and then re insert it again, after turning the mobile back on it should now get service if not try the below options:
This will only reset the network and wifi password settings
(DO NOT reset anything else otherwise you will loose all your data)
