My old sim stopped working . Got a new one sent out just received activation link and it's still coming up not on network

We'll have to look into manually activating your SIM card if that's the case. Please get in touch with our Live Chat team hereand we'll get it done right away.

Also, I would recommend choosing a different username, just so that your phone number is not public so let me know which name you'd like, and I'll change it for you.
