New SIM


Got a new phone, activated SIM card yesterday afternoon, said will take 24 hours but thenethen a message to say SIM card is not supported and to contact EE. 24 hours still same message and no activation.

Please contact Live Chat team are available for account related support.

They’re available between 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am- 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Unfortunately, were working on a reduced staff due to COVID-19, and the team are extremely busy, so the Live Chat button may not always appear as `available`. If so, it may be a matter of waiting on the page, until the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available. No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.

I've contacted ID on Live Chat and unfortunately I was not impressed with the help, or lack thereof. It appears I've been sent a phone locked to EE. Returned to CPW and awaiting its receipt as no-one was there to receive it this morning when I tracked it! But thank you for responding.

Hi @GeorgeyGT 

All our phones come unlocked unless its an iPhone 6 or 7. 

Could you provide me with some more information on how you ordered?
