Hi, I want to order a new sim card from ID, my question is, when will my contract start? As soon as I order my sim or when it arrives or when i insert it in the phone?
I'm asking this as i'm wondering whether i can order it in advance as i dont want to be without calls/data when my current one ends (current is with a different network).
Also how long does it take for the sim to be delivered?

Hi Daniella, if you order a SIM with us, it will be delivered within 5 days but usually much sooner, 1-2 days.
The SIM will be active when you receive it so there will be no delay in being able to use the service with all the monthly allowance. - Phil
