New Sim Card Doesn't work

I have bought last week new sim card 12m contract. I Bought also in carphone warehouse new Nokia 105. I was dissapointed that the sim card doesn't work with. The phone has been checked with other sim card and there was no any issue . But ID simcard doesn't . Can't do call to 7777 and any other thing with - there is no service. Does anyone had a similar problem ?

Hi @Krzysztof,

I'm afraid that the phone you have bought does not have access to the 3G and 4G network which is what our SIM runs on. I would advise you to try the SIM card in a phone that has access to at least the 3G network or to return the phone to the Carphone Warehouse where you bought it from.
