New sim card not working

Put a new sim card in yesterday and still have no phone coverage. There is no live chat available or contact on the phone so I can’t get any information.  I’ve tried switching off and on, putting in flight mode, putting the previous card in (unfortunately that looks it’s now been cancelled. Getting a bit frustrated about not being able to contact anyone for assistance.

Hi @avyrog,

I am sorry to hear about that, did your previous SIM card work fine and have you got a new phone? I would recommend logging into your account to see if the new SIM card needs activating.
