Hi getting a little frustrated here!
Can’t call OR chat online with anyone, standard message pings back through social media sending us here!
Took out a new contract on Saturday and have been given a new sim, PAC code submitted in shop and change over activated.
Old sim still live 5 days later and new sim does not work in any phone
My handset is due for delivery tomorrow and my old SIM is due to stop working tomorrow also leaving me without a working mobile for work/personal contact etc
I’ll be honest, this is not the best first impression of a new network
