New Sim / Port Number

Hi getting a little frustrated here!

 

Can’t call OR chat online with anyone, standard message pings back through social media sending us here!

Took out a new contract on Saturday and have been given a new sim, PAC code submitted in shop and change over activated.

 

Old sim still live 5 days later and new sim does not work in any phone

 

My handset is due for delivery tomorrow and my old SIM is due to stop working tomorrow also leaving me without a working mobile for work/personal contact etc

I’ll be honest, this is not the best first impression of a new network

Hi @PBarnard,

We are sorry to hear about this, it sounds as though the SIM card that is due to be delivered with the phone is potentially active instead. We would generally advise to only port your number over to the new plan once you have the order delivered so we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused by the actions taken by the Carphone Warehouse store. Do you still require assistance with your SIM card or has it been rectified by the delivery of your new phone?
