Hi I ordered the deal for 9GB for £10 a month but it hasn't come through in my emails? If I order again will I be charged twice?

Did you order it like few minutes ago? I would recommend to give it some time before you order it again. Check you spam folder just in case. Worst case scenario, contact customer support so they could check if your order was processed correctly.
