No order confirmation - has my order gone through?

Hi,


I placed an order for a new plan and after completing the payment page and confirming the direct debit the screen timed out. I did not get any order confirmation.
I am not sure if the order went through. Can someone please get in touch. Thank you.

Hi there @mwalji12 

If you’ve had no further contact since trying to place the order initially, then it’s more than likely that no order has come through to us.

Ensure when placing an order that you’re using a card/ bank in the same name and address as the one you’re using to register the order to.

My concern was placing a duplicate order if the first one had already been received. 
Are you able to check on your side if you have any order under my name? 

The direct debit confirmation 0.01p was authorised and confirmed but it timed out just before the final confirmation page. 

I will process the order again. Is it safe to assume that after the confirmation page I will get an email straight after? Or will I get no notice until after you conduct the credit check?
