No signal

Just received my id mobile sim. I can call but get zero internet. Just get message that I am offline. No issue with handset as my other sim from a different provider works fine. Tried the check settings on id mobile website. Click send internet settings and nothing happens. Got a feeling this is going to be a short lived relationship. Any advise would be welcome. Switching from vodafone, phone unlocked and the handset is samsung galaxy s7. Thanks in advance Ben

If calls and texts work ok on your phone this is most likely to be a phone setting.

On the S7, you should be able to look into Settings> Connections> Mobile Networks>

Make sure data is switched on the look at APN (Access Point Names)

If you can choose iD please do so but if not, tap the menu button to choose "reset to default".
You should then have the option to choose iD Mobile to resolve your problem.
