No texts after carried over old number
I transferred my old number to new phone. Account said it was done. Still not getting SMS and other messages from some people. Phone settings show new phone still has ID number not one I transferred

What number is showing in the iD app/account? Is it the old number?
What happens if:
You call the iD number
You call your ported number
You send a text from your phone to the iD number
You send a text from your phone to the Ported number
