not receiving text messages

I recently joined iD mobile and transferred my number from Vodafone to iD yesterday. I am able to make and receive calls with no problem but I am not receiving any text messages. I have tried using the liveChat and got a completely unrelated response. Please help!

Hi @OliviaRichards,

 

What’s the make and model of the handset you’re using? If it’s an iPhone, could you kindly check for me that the “My Number” setting is displaying the number you ported over? If no, please change it so that it does.
