Number not transferred, live chat not working

Hi, a I’ve been waiting a week after entering my PAC for my old number to be transferred. I have logged in, but the link to live chat is not working. I notice that it says “login” at the top of that page. So I keep logging in again, but every time I get back to the page with the live chat link, it seems to think I’m no longer logged in. Not sure if this is why live chat won’t work. If I was being cynical I might think this was a devious way to cut down the workload for ID! I really don’t want to phone them, because it would be easier to quote order refs and PACs etc in writing. Any clues on how to get live chat working?

My number has ported without m managing to contact ID.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you faced with our Live Chat team, they are available for the most part, but during times where traffic is high, the lines can become closed temporarily.
