I upgraded my phone on Saturday and the store assistant did the PAC request so i can keep the same number. I moved from EE to IDMobile. My old number appears whenever i send a whatspp, text and for outgoing calls but when i try and ring my number it goes straight to voicemail so i can’t get any incoming calls at all. Can you help?

I am sorry to hear that! Which phone are you using? The settings may need updating within the phone after a number port as some do no update automatically I’m afraid.
