Number transfer delay

I sent my pac code & number to transfer on Tuesday but got a text off ID to say they had a problem transferring it over. I contacted customer service & again give them my pac & number yesterday & was told it would be complete within 24 hours. It is still not transfered. Why?

Hi @Chris K,

We are sorry to hear about what’s happened there, I’d have expected the number port to be completed by now. Have you fully restarted your phone to force a reconnect to the network?

All sorted now.  Thought it was going to be one of those pain in the rear end back & forth with messages, getting nowhere.
