I sent my pac code & number to transfer on Tuesday but got a text off ID to say they had a problem transferring it over. I contacted customer service & again give them my pac & number yesterday & was told it would be complete within 24 hours. It is still not transfered. Why?

We are sorry to hear about what’s happened there, I’d have expected the number port to be completed by now. Have you fully restarted your phone to force a reconnect to the network?

All sorted now. Thought it was going to be one of those pain in the rear end back & forth with messages, getting nowhere.Â
