Odering a new phone but can't checkout

I have just tried to get a contract with you for the Samsung galaxy s20 with a upfront cost of 29.99 which when I have gone to pay for it has said not able to go through but has shown up as 0.01 pence taken twice from my bank I do not understand this or why its not gone through but has shown twice unable to go any further on ordering the phone

Hello @Jade4444,

1p is taken as a verification check and a double 1p if you tried to re-submit when it was being checked.

 

A fail on this can be if the billing details of the card do not match that of the account details of the iD card such as name/billing address. 

Please check these details or try using a different card.
