Old handset and new SIM - compatibility issue

Hi

I have quite an old handset (namely Motorola F8) that doesn't recognise my new IDmobile SIM card. Older SIMs are working in that handset, as well as the new IDmobile SIM is working with my newer Samsung. So the question is if it is possible to order a replacement SIM that is compatible with older phones.

(To clarify: this is not about the size of the SIM - I have all sorts of adapters. That's rather about software versions/compatibility of SIM's chip with old SIM readers)

Thanks,
Denis

This is the official answer from the support: I am afraid our sims work with 3G and 4G compatible devices, this was designed so our customers can have the most reliable network type.

So no GSM-only devices supported. Sigh.

Hello @Denis.K,

It seems you've had an answer to your question already.

We only support the 3G and 4G networks for devices.

Sorry that we weren't able to provide you with a service for this.
