Old number hasn't transferred to iD

Could you advise how long it should take for my old number to transfer please? 

 

I’ve logged into the iD app also and tried to complete this function from there but it is sending an error message saying PAC code or phone number incorrect.  I’ve doubled checked both and they are correct and my PAC code is still valid.

 

Yet my customer services PIN uses my old number?? confused!!

Hi @jengro, when did you submit the PAC? Number ports don’t take place over the weekend, so if you submitted the request on Friday, it won’t be done until Monday evening, possible Tuesday morning.
