I have requested a PAC code and it is not working as it is saying it is invalid. How do I request a new one?

I am sorry to hear that! How did you request your PAC code? Was it through your account online/app or did you get it via texting PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999)?
We would recommend trying both methods and if you still have an issue, drop us a reply and we’ll take a look into this further.

I have tried both methods, however the PAC code still says invalid when I type it in the form - is there any way I can get a new one?Â
