Please help - I have sent my PAC code through to change my number but not sure how exactly it works.

Hi @Lottie123,

Have you sent the PAC code to us? If so, your number will come across to us within 2 working days. If submitted to us on a Saturday then you should have the number by Tuesday evening. Let us know how it goes.
