PAC Code Problem

I have filled in the pac code form to transfer my number to ID but it has not worked and i have got a message saying i need to contact you. However the live chat is down and there is no phone number

Do you know if the PAC (code) you have from your old network 100% still active (not expired) and correct?  As they do expire after 30-days of being requested.
