PAC CODE TRANSFER NOT WORKING

I fill in the PAC code transfer page to change from o2 to ID mobile and keep my old number, but it doesnt work. I have tried this for 2 months. ID mobile is useless.

Please contact our Live Chat team who can look into transferring your number over to iD Mobile for you.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on this page, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.
