PAC porting failure

I purchased my new pay monthly SIM at the end of last week. I've been unable to port my existing number across and was told that it should be ready by Saturday afternoon. No luck since.
Went into a local Carphone Warehouse and they said it may well be due to the weekend and try again later on Monday.

Guess what. No luck as yet.

Is there an issue i'm unaware of?

Live chat is unavailable and as i'm using my old network due to needing the number, i'm reluctant to call due to charges.

I'm having the same problem, spoke to them first thing this morning and was told there was a problem but they hope to have it sorted today. So far nothing has changed, sorry I don't have better news for you.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, there has been an issue with porting number over the weekend, however the faults are now resolved. If you can log into your account online or through our app, you should be able to submit your PAC code now.

Please let us know if this doesn't work and then we'll advise you of what steps to take next.
