Hi 

i tried make to a purchase but my card was decline but my money are take out of bunk account. I try did this 3 times so.. this is only 0.03£ but this is unfair.

I am sorry to hear that. When you are making your purchase, does the name and billing address that you have given to us match the name and address that the bank has on its system for you?
