Just got new phone and contract. Having difficulty as the contract is not what i asked for and cannot access account to transfer number etc, need help please

Can you give us more details on what’s happened?  What isn’t what you asked for?

Did you place the order online through our website? or through another means?

Separately.  If you’re new to iD Mobile, then you can register the account (using the iD Mobile number that has come with the SIM).

Then when you’re logged in you can provide us with the PAC (code) from the previous mobile network there.
