Port Issue - No Incoming Communication
I have just ported my number from BT and have received the text saying porting is successfully completed. I can now make calls and send texts and the ported number shows on the receiving phone. However when someone tries to phone me they just get the message welcome to BT mobile the person you have called is not available, texts are not coming through either. I have tried restarting the phone and removing and replacing the sim. Can this be resolved?

I'm sorry to see this! It seems as though the port is currently midway through the process. Has the issue rectified itself yet? If not, let me know if the services are still as they are and we'll let you know how we can resolve this further.
