Ported Number doesn't receive calls or texts

Hi there, i recently moved from o2 to ID mobile and transferred my number.

After it transferred, i am able to send messages and make calls but i can't receive calls or texts from anyone else.

I receive texts from own number no problem.

Al if the apn settings are correct a d from the online chat i had with id, everything has transferred as it should have during the porting of the number.

Can anyone help ?

I'm sorry to hear about what has happened here. When was the number port first submitted? If it has been done over a weekend then the port will only commence on the next working day and then from there, it can take 24-48 hours for your service to resume entirely.

I received confirmation on thursday last week that my number had been successfully ported over.

It definitely should have been completed by now. Please can you send us an email so we can look into the port for you? Also include your iD Community username, your full name, full address, mobile number and date of birth so we can pass security.
