Ported over my number

Hi,

I recently joined ID mobile and ported my number over, my outgoing calls show my ported number but I do not receive and calls to my ported number, ijust goes to ee voicemail service. Any help would be much appreciated.

@Eric T you may need to turn the mobile off and on a few times so the network can update all the services… it can take up to 24 hours for all services to switch over (not including weekends).

What phone are you using with the iD Mobile SIM?

If it’s an iPhone.  You may need to go into Settings (Then click your Profile at the top).  There you might be able to specify what your number should be if the phone is displaying the temporary one still.
