Porting an old number
Help! I have a phone for my Son and have now got a phone for myself. I ported the number over from my old provider Vodafone and rang and gave the pac code. I now have a phone that doesn't get my messages and has no service, and my son is getting all my messages. What can I do as can never seem to get through to id.

From what you've advised here, it sounds like you've ported your number onto your Son's plan.
Can you try logging into your son's iD account and confirm if your number is showing here?
When your son rings out or sends a text from his phone, what number shows here?
