Porting as an existing customer

I have just changed from a sim only plan with id and bought a new iphone SE2020.  I have managed to set up my new phone but I can’t see how to port my number as an existing customer, only how to port it from another supplier.  HELP please.

Unfortunately porting a number from an active iD Mobile account to another active iD Mobile account isn’t possible.  That’s the same with all networks.

Upgrades would always be the path to take if you’re looking to change your plan with a network yet keep your number.


Your best option now would potentially just be to move your old SIM only number over to another network entirely.  Then once that has moved, you could then get a PAC (code) from the other network in order to bring that number back over to us (but on your new line).
