View originalporting in time limit?
I would like to know since I have just joined iD on a monthly rolling contract whether there is a time limit to porting in my old number or can I do this at any time in the future? Thank you
Hi @suuze
You can port your number in whenever you feel like, whether it’s been a couple days or a couple years, it doesn’t matter. The only time you may be faced with a limit is if you’ve already got the pac code which does expire after 30 days. This isn’t a issue either because you can simply request a new PAC code. 🙂
Additionally if you are on a contract with your old SIM provider then I would suggest porting in as soon as you can to avoid extra charges from your old carrier.
