Porting Issue - Old SIM dead but new one not yet active

Hi,

 

I recently moved to ID and i put in a request to move over my number.

 

I put in a Porting Request last weekend and the PAC code was give last weekend.

 

My old sim has gone dead an hour ago but my number doesn’t seem to have ported over to ID mobile.

How long is my number going to be in limbo like this?

Hi Subu,

 

If the old SIM was deactivated, we’d expect that your number will have ported across by now. Is this the case?
